Ice skating is a winter tradition that offers both New Yorkers and tourists a magical outdoor experience surrounded by the city skylinse. As a New Yorker, here are my fav spots for ice-skating in New York City!
1
LeFrak Center (Prospect Park)
LeFrak Center in Brooklyn features both outdoor and indoor rinks. Their outdoor rink is surrounded by the frozen lakeside views of Prospect Park. Their indoor rink, on the other hand, is open year-round!
2
The Rink (Rockefeller Center)
The Rink is in Rockefeller Center, right under the Christmas tree! An iconic NYC holiday sight. And just minutes from Times Square and Broadway, making it an easy stop on your NYC itinerary. A truly magical space.

Central Park’s Wollman Rink is super spacious and at a more affordable price. It's surrounded by the Manhattan skyline and the park’s natural beauty, making it a truly special place for ice skating in NYC!
